When a potential customer calls, we make it a policy to see the work first—never making a bid over the phone. That way we can ask the right questions and understand the true scope of the project. After visiting the site, we offer to serve as a project partner, collaborating as a consultant or sometimes even leading the design. Then, we submit our proposal in writing and follow up with any questions.

Once we’re awarded the project, we set expectations with our customers by preparing a formal work plan, including working hours and days, as well as specifying the order of the work. After each workday, and at the completion of the project, we make sure the job site looks better than when we started. Once the project is finished and we are sure we exceeded expectations, we send a prompt invoice and complete the care and maintenance review.
