Located near Fairfield, Iowa, Royale Concrete was co-founded in 2006 by President Jessica Ledger-Kalen and Vice President Jeremy Waugh. Our reputation for quality concrete and the finest finish work has quickly helped our business grow form a small residential contractor into commercial and government work.

Royale Concrete was named after Jeremy’s grandfather, Royale Peacock, a local farmer, loyal neighbor and philanthropic community leader. A sort of humble pillar in the region, Royale was a gentle soul who lived by his time-tested values of hard work, honesty, integrity and respect for others. We think those are pretty good values—so good, in fact, we run our business by them as well.
